At Tandem Labs, Mr. DuBey oversees the Biomarker and Immunoanalytical Division, which includes macromolecule analysis, immunogenicity analysis, cell-based bioassays, and biomarker analysis. The services of this area include assay development, validation, and sample analysis for both preclinical and clinical assays.
Mr. DuBey has more than 25 years of senior level management experience in laboratory-based businesses. From 1998 until joining Tandem Labs, he directed the immunoanalytical business for Covance Labs, Inc. in Chantilly, Virginia. Prior to Covance, Mr. DuBey held the position of Department Head of Forensic Toxicology for Quest Diagnostics, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland. He has also held senior management positions in the public sector, directing criminalistics laboratories in Maryland and New York.
Mr. DuBey holds a Master of Science degree in Toxicology from the University of Maryland Graduate School as well as a Master of Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University, school of professional studies in business and education.
