"Targeted Bioanalytical Proteomics by LC-MS/MS" by Bob Xiong, Ph.D., Associate Lab Director at Tandem Labs. Targeted bioanalytical proteomics using HPLC tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) is emerging as an excellent tool for quantifying endogenous (biomarkers) and exogenous (drugs) proteins in support of drug discovery and development. Using a knowledge-based workflow, Tandem Labs has developed quantitative assays for over 30 proteins in the past five years.
